Tentative plans for an Evolution 2025 PLE are reportedly being discussed within WWE.

Fans have long wanted a sequel to the 2018 all-women’s event, and if reports are accurate then WWE are considering running Evolution II ‘later’ in 2025. A report from Bodyslam suggests that the event could potentially run on July 5 in Connecticut’s Mohegan Sun resort complex, but as always, nothing is set in stone.

The first Evolution event in 2018 took place at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum and saw over 10,000 fans attend WWE’s first and to-date only all-women’s event. The event was headlined by Ronda Rousey successfully defending the Raw Women’s Championship against Nikki Bella, whilst the SmackDown Women’s Championship Last Woman Standing bout between champion Becky Lynch and challenger Charlotte Flair received critical acclaim.

Many within WWE itself have called for the company to run a sequel to Evolution, with Bayley stating in 2024 that ‘the time was right’ for Evolution II. Earlier in 2019, Natalya had stated Evolution II was right around the corner.
