Independent wrestler MASADA (real name Brigham Paul Doane) recently claimed via a social media post that Raj Dhesi (FKA Jinder Mahal) walked out of a match between them.

Dhesi and MASADA clashed at Battleground Championship Wrestling's Original Sin show on May 31. According to Cagematch.net, MASADA won the match via countout.

In his post, MASADA claimed that the Modern Day Maharaja walked out on the match after showing up with written rules relating to his participation in the event (three referees, no chairs, no blood and no skewers). The promoter of the event had claimed there were issues with a hotel, among other things, while posting messages purportedly sent from Dhesi's agent.

However, a new report from Fightful Select has revealed that those close to Dhesi are saying the whole thing is a work orchestrated by the BCW promoter. At this time, Dhesi is not actively booked for any BCW dates going forward.

MASADA was in the news back in 2023 after setting himself on fire in a spot gone wrong.
