Rey Mysterio Vs. Damian Priest Announced For April 24 WWE Raw
A match between Damian Priest and Rey Mysterio has been announced for WWE Raw
The upcoming Monday Night Raw on May 1 has only just begun to take shape following some announcements made on the April 21 edition of Friday Night SmackDown.
After months of tensions between the two sides, Rey Mysterio will represent the Latino World Order in a singles match against The Judgment Day’s Damian Priest. During this never-ending feud between Mysterio and The Judgment Day, these two have battled multiple times, with Raw marking their fourth singles match since the feud began.
This bout comes on a show which will also mark the return of music sensation Bad Bunny, after he was chokeslammed through the announce table by Priest a couple of weeks ago. The expectation is that WWE will further build to a tag team match which sees Bunny team up with Rey Mysterio to take on Priest & Dominik Mysterio at the 2023 Backlash PPV in Puerto Rico.
As of right now, nothing more has been announced for Raw outside of this match and Bunny’s appearance.
