Ric Flair 'Obviously' Wants To Wrestle Again Following AEW Signing

Ric Flair wanting to wrestle following AEW signing

Ric Flair is officially ‘All Elite’ after the legendary ‘Nature Boy’ signed a two-year deal with All Elite Wrestling.

On TV, Flair is once again entangled with long-time rival Sting, with Flair vowing to come ‘along for the ride’ ahead of Sting’s final match at Revolution 2024. Flair himself had a memorable retirement at WWE WrestleMania 24 but has never shaken the wrestling bug, and when asked by PWInsider’s Mike Johnson if he could lace up those boots in an AEW ring, Flair said the following:

"No, I don't think I will. If you're asking me if I want to? I have to be careful what I say because it never comes out (the right way). I just made it very clear to everybody that I can take bumps. I have a doctor's release to do anything I want like that. Do I think I'll wrestle again? No. Would I like to? Obviously. I'm never going to say no,” said Flair.

After coming out of retirement to join TNA, Flair would continue to wrestle until September 2011, before coming out of retirement for one last match at the appropriately named Ric Flair’s Last Match in July 2022.
