Ric Flair Would 'Love To Return' To WWE

Flair is all for a return to the WWE fold

Two-time WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair would be happy to return to the company in some capacity.

The Nature Boy made the comments during a recent edition of his To Be The Man Podcast, saying he would 'love to return' to the company and do some stuff with them, though he's not sure what exactly that would be.

Flair recently vowed that he would 'never retire', following what was billed as his final match in July of this year.

The 16-time World Champion was released from his WWE Legends contract on August 3, 2021, after the controversy surrounding the Dark Side of the Ring episode on the infamous 2002 WWE 'Plane Ride from Hell'.

In June, Flair revealed that he and WWE were working on a project and he was quietly added back to the company's opening signature.

Slick Ric's daughter Charlotte is one of WWE's top stars (though she is currently on hiatus), while the longstanding relationship between Flair and new Head of Creative Paul 'Triple H' Levesque is well-documented.

However, Flair earlier this year detailed how his and Levesque's relationship had deteriorated after they fell out over the trademark of the phrase 'The Man'.
