Road Dogg Tips Damian Priest To Be A WWE World Champion

Road Dogg thinks Damian Priest has what it takes to become WWE Champion

After an inconsistent start, The Judgment Day are firmly inserted as one of the biggest heel factions in WWE today, with Finn Balor, Rhea Ripley, Damian Priest, and Dominik Mysterio running roughshod on Raw.

Whilst Balor has already reigned as WWE Universal Champion, and Ripley has set her sights on the SmackDown Women’s Championship following her Royal Rumble win, Damian Priest could also one day cement his legacy with a world championship win, according to Road Dog:

"I'll tell you who's really impressed me the most lately is Damian Priest," Road Dogg said on the Oh You Didn’t Know podcast. "He has come so far. You can say what you want about Dom Mysterio. He's got the most heat than anybody in the company right now. I see the live events and read the reports, so I know. He's actually coming into his own and the in-ring stuff too, and really hanging out with the right crowd, that's for dang sure and doing the right things. Think about the people that Damian Priest is surrounded by, Finn Balor, Rhea, Dom, he's even in that group stepping out and shining. I predict he'll be a Universal Champion one day. I do believe that and I believe he could carry it."

Since joining WWE in late 2018, Priest has held both the NXT North American Championship, and the WWE United States Title.
