Roman Reigns & Triple H Set For WWE SmackDown Season Premiere

WWE is loading up SmackDown next week

Next week’s WWE SmackDown is the “season premiere”, and it looks as though the company is set to make it a big night on FOX.

The Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns will be “returning” once again to Friday Night SmackDown, likely to set up his next title defense for the upcoming Crown Jewel premium live event at the start of next month. He will also likely address the status of Jimmy Uso in The Bloodline.

Roman Reigns isn’t the only major name coming to SmackDown, as Triple H will be in attendance too. WWE have hyped this up as a “special appearance” for the Chief Content Officer, though the exact nature of his appearance hasn’t been revealed.

In addition to both these appearances, Pretty Deadly will be back in action for the first time since July due to an injury suffered by Elton Prince. They will be going up against the duo of the Brawling Brutes (Ridge Holland & Butch), who they faced before Prince’s injury.
