Roman Reigns To Address Leukemia Battle On WWE Raw This Monday

Four months have passed since Roman Reigns stunned the world, revealing that he had been diagnosed with a recurrence of leukemia. The announcement coincided with the relinquishing of the WWE Universal Championship, and Reigns has been off of WWE television since, battling the illness.

According to Vince McMahon's official Twitter account, Reigns will be appearing on WWE Raw this Monday, where it is anticipated that he will provide an update on his ongoing fight.

It is not clear at this time if Reigns will be appearing live before the Raw crowd in Atlanta, or if the appearance will be a pre-recorded interview or statement.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Wrestling has also noted that a source tells him all three Shield members are expected to be at Fastlane in Cleveland on March 10. However, the significance of having all three men at the event is not yet known.

In recent weeks, it was reported that Reigns filmed scenes for the forthcoming Hobbs and Shaw movie, prior to the wrapping of filming last week. Reigns will portray Duke Hobbs, the brother of Luke Hobbs, played by The Rock.
