Ruby Soho Undergoes Surgery On Broken Nose

AEW star Ruby Soho has underwent surgery to repair her broken nose. 

Soho suffered the injury during a mixed-tag bout on the AEW All Out pre-show, where she tagged with Ortiz against AAA Mixed Tag Team Champions Sammy Guevara and Tay Melo.

The injury occurred during the finish of the match, when Soho took a knee to the face from Melo. Soho subsequently revealed she would require surgery to repair the damage, noting that her nose was broken in two places and she had a 'mess' of a septum. 

Sharing a post-operation photo on social media, Soho wrote: "Finally! After a month since breaking my nose at All Out. The countdown begins until I can breathe again, can't you see my excitement?!"

As well as missing time with AEW, Ruby was forced to pull out of other planned bookings, including for the 1PW relaunch show that took place this past weekend (she was replaced by Jamie Hayter).

1PW confirmed that Soho would instead debut with the promotion in 2023. Her AEW return date is unknown.
