Ruthless Aggression Era Star Makes WWE Appearance
Hide your babies, Gene Snitsky was backstage at WWE Raw
There was a Ruthless Aggression Era name backstage at the November 6 episode of Monday Night Raw in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania in the form of Gene Snitsky - and he even appeared on camera (sort of).
In a WWE digital exclusive following Raw, one half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Chelsea Green was backstage ranting, raving, and complaining about her loss in the WWE Women’s World Title number one contenders battle royal. She stated that she was a champion, and should never have been put in that match to begin with. Green asked “who’s to blame for that?” before turning in the direction of Gene Snitsky, making his first WWE appearance since all the way back since 2008.
Snitsky replied that it wasn’t his fault - echoing his former WWE catchphrase. Green left before Snitsky had a chance to punt her. Raw took place in Snitsky’s home state, which could explain his cameo here. He has recently competed in the likes of MLW, making a comeback to the ring in 2023 for the first time in three years.
