Ryback Says A Match With Goldberg Would 'Exceed All Expectations'

Ryback wants a match with Goldberg

Taking to Twitter, former WWE Intercontinental Champion Ryback has called out Goldberg for a match at All Elite Wrestling's All In event at Wembley Stadium. AEW are set to make their UK debut with the stadium show in London, England on Sunday, August 27.

Not only has Ryback called Goldberg out, though, but The Big Guy believes any match with Goldberg would "exceed all expectations."

During a rant about Ringside News on Twitter, Ryback wrote: "It [Goldberg vs. Ryback] will have the best story, be the most viewed match with social media views, and exceed all expectations."

Ryback has been away from professional wrestling for the past five years, having not performed since a Northeast Wrestling show in August 2018.

Goldberg, meanwhile, is a free agent after his WWE contract expired at the end of 2022. Talk has suggested the former WCW World Heavyweight Champion will self-promote a four-city farewell tour to bring his in-ring career to an end. Tony Khan has also teased he is interested in booking Goldberg for a future AEW show too
