Sammy Guevara Confirms He Is Cleared For AEW Return

Sammy Guevara is cleared to make his AEW return

Sammy Guevara has been cleared to return to in-ring action, with the All Elite Wrestling star having been on the shelf due to concussion.

Guevara has been out of action since AEW WrestleDream on October 1, and during a vlog update revealed that he has been given to go-ahead to make his return to in-ring competition:

"I'm doing good. I'm cleared," Guevara announced, later adding "We just wanted to get on here to tell you that Tay's doing good, baby's doing good, I'm doing good.”

Guevara and wife Tay Melo recently welcomed their first child into the world, with Melo in labour for 24 hours before giving birth to a baby girl on November 28.

Whilst Guevara has been given the all clear, there is no timetable on when he will officially make his return, nor an opponent. Prior to picking up his injury during a trios match with Will Ospreay and Konosuke Takeshita against The Golden Lovers and Chris Jericho at WrestleDream, Guevara was involved with Don Callis’ Family, with Guevara turning his back on former mentor Chris Jericho.
