Sarray In Negotiations For United States Pro Wrestling Return

Sarray might be heading back to the United States

A former WWE talent might be on their way back to the United States.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Sarray (AKA Sareee) is currently in talks to return to the United States as a performer. Sareee is said to be "deep" in negotiations with the unnamed party but they are not believed to be with WWE.

Sarray previously signed with WWE back in 2020 and she eventually arrived in NXT in 2021 following delays related to the COVID-19 pandemic. She was briefly pushed on TV but was soon repackaged as a Japanese schoolgirl who transformed into a glamorous warrior following the NXT 2.0 rebrand. Sarray was then booked on NXT less and less following major changes behind the scenes to NXT in 2022 and she wasn't booked at all following August 2022.

Sarray rejected a contract extension from WWE earlier this year and she departed the company when her contract expired in March.

Sareee has since performed in Japan for the likes of AJPW, Sendai Girls, and SEAdLINNNG. She has also promoted a couple of shows herself.
