Sasha Banks Calls Out Trish Stratus For WWE Match

The Boss is after a little Stratusfaction

WWE’s Sasha Banks has once again called out WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus for a wrestling match.

The two have long teased a match, with Banks going on record in the past saying she wants the bout to happen at the long rumoured Evolution 2 PPV, and has recently doubled down on her wish, saying the following on WWE’s The Bump:

“I’m waiting for Trish. That’s all on her,” started Sasha “I feel like she’s been dodging me, she’s not been answering my calls. I’m all game, I’m always ready, I stay ready. So, whenever Trish is ready for me, she knows where to find me.”

Banks and Stratus have shared a ring twice before, with Sasha eliminating Trish from the inaugural Women’s Royal Rumble in 2018, then later teaming together with Bayley, Natalya, and Lita to take on Mickie James, Alicia Foxx, and The Riott Squad on an episode of RAW in October 2018.

Trish last wrestled in 2019, losing to Charlotte Flair at SummerSlam in Toronto, and despite claims that she is retired, Stratus herself seems interested, Tweeting in response to a video of Banks using Stratusfaction at a recent WWE House Show.
