Sasha Banks Wants A WWE Queen Of The Ring Tournament
And Evolution 2...
After being a staple of the WWE calendar until 2002, WWE has sporadically revived the King Of The Ring tournament in recent years. The last contest was held in 2019 and the current King Of The Ring is still King Corbin, who defeated Chad Gable to win the sceptre and the crown.
Many fans have called for a Queen Of The Ring tournament in the past and Sasha Banks added her name to the list during an interview with ProSieben Maxx. The Boss also re-emphasised her calls for Evolution 2.
"A Queen Of The Ring tournament on a whole pay-per-view for itself would be pretty frickin cool," Banks said. "But I've been waiting for Evolution 2 for a very long time. So maybe we can do that first and maybe we can start off a little bit of matches at Evolution 2 for the Queen Of The Ring tournament."
The SmackDown Women's Champion said fans need to start tweeting Vince McMahon if they want to see Evolution 2 or a Queen Of The Ring tournament, though.
