Scorpio Sky has seemingly weighed in on the latest controversy surround AEW World Champion MJF.

MJF was spoken to by Tony Khan following Sunday's Revolution pay-per-view after the champ threw a drink at a small child during his 60-minute Iron Man match with Bryan Danielson. It subsequently transpired that the drink was tequila and that the child and his mother were both upset at the situation.

AEW smoothed things over by inviting the fan backstage to meet the wrestlers.

Taking to Twitter, Sky wrote: "I'll say it if nobody else will, fans/media celebrating a kid being disrespected at a show is the smallest d**k energy imaginable", seemingly in reaction to people who didn't have a problem with the unplanned moment.

The 39-year-old hasn't wrestled since the July 6, 2022 episode of Dynamite (where he dropped the AEW TNT Title to Wardlow in a Street Fight). It was reported in November that the company had 'no plans' for Sky, who had been out with an injury but was cleared to wrestle by that time. He was spotted backstage at IMPACT's No Surrender show last month.

Sky has taken a shot at MJF previously, referring to him as a 'backstage headache' (while likening him to NBA player Kevin Durant).
