Seth Rollins has reacted to his random Backlash PPV match with Omos
WWE fans were taken aback over the weekend following the surprising announcement of a match between Seth Rollins and Omos for the upcoming Backlash 2023 PPV event in Puerto Rico. This was due to the fact that the pair haven’t had any recent interactions on WWE programming or any feud to speak of.
Quote tweeting the original post in which WWE revealed that this match was set to take place, Rollins responded with nothing more than just a simple gif. It shows Jim Carey’s iconic Ace Ventura character saying the line, “Alrighty Then”.
This seems to show some slight disbelief at that announcement, sharing much of the confusion felt by the WWE Universe too. It will be a first-time ever clash between Rollins and Omos, who are both on the back of big WrestleMania 39 matches against Logan Paul and Brock Lesnar respectively.
