Seth Rollins Recruits New Faction Member On WWE Raw

The Monday Night Messiah's flock continues to grow...

Back in December, Seth Rollins turned to the dark side once again and christened himself as The Monday Night Messiah. He and his disciples have worked tirelessly to return Monday Night Raw to its former glory ever since but Rollins has been less than successful in his endeavours, however, as he has lost his last three pay-per-view matches.

The former Universal Champion looked to get back on track on last night's episode of Raw as he recruited a new disciple to his faction. Austin Theory had been cast out of Zelina Vega's stable earlier in the night as Andrade and Angel Garza attacked the former EVOLVE Champion after their match against Apollo Crews and Kevin Owens.

This left Theory distraught and he was still at ringside when Murphy went one on one with his longtime rival Aleister Black. Before The Harbinger Of Fury could finish off his opponent, however, Rollins directed Austin to attack Black, which he subsequently did, drawing the disqualification. The three Superstars then beat down the former NXT Champion and Rollins embraced his new disciple once Black was incapacitated.

Reports in recent weeks noted that Theory would not be part of Zelina Vega's faction for much longer, but Paul Heyman has been impressed by the former NXT Superstar and the decision was made after WrestleMania 36 to keep Austin on Monday nights for the foreseeable future
