The Elimination Chamber 2025 PLE is the next show on WWE’s calendar, coming to Toronto, Ontario, Canada when WWE takes over the Rogers Centre. On this past week’s Monday Night RAW, qualifying matches began for both men’s and women’s Elimination Chamber matches as CM Punk defeated Sami Zayn to join already announced John Cena in the structure, and Liv Morgan defeated Iyo Sky to become the first woman in the bout.
On this week’s February 7 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, three more wrestlers earned their places at the premium live event. Over on the women’s side, the returning Alexa Bliss won her first singles match in over two years by beating Candice LeRae. Bliss made a shock return at the Royal Rumble event following reports of WWE and Bliss not able to come to terms on a new deal, though this deal has since been signed and she has joined the SmackDown brand. Additionally, one half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Bianca Belair defeated Piper Niven to qualify for the match too.
On the men’s side, Drew McIntyre won a triple threat match over LA Knight and Jimmy Uso. This comes after reports of McIntyre walking out of the Royal Rumble, reportedly furious at LA Knight “trying to get his stuff in” during the Rumble match, and getting in the way of McIntyre’s elimination spot. There are three more spots in both Chamber matches.
