[SPOILER] CM Punk Brings Back A Familiar Look At AEW Rampage Taping

CM Punk showed off a familiar look at the September 22nd taping of AEW Rampage Grand Slam.

Beware a small spoiler for the AEW Rampage Grand Slam show, airing on Friday 24 September, below:

Punk appears to have ditched the long tights that he debuted at All Out 2021 and returned to the iconic trunks that he wore throughout the majority of his career.

Punk took to Twitter earlier this week and asked fans to choose between long tights or trunks as his attire going forward. Seemingly trunks won out as he was seen sporting his classic look at the most recent AEW Rampage tapings following AEW Dynamite Grand Slam.

Punk's match with Powerhouse Hobbs on AEW Rampage Grand Slam will be his first free televised match in over seven years and only his second match in AEW since joining the company last month after wrestling Darby Allin at September 5th's All Out 2021.

On AEW Dynamite Grand Slam, Punk hyped up his match with Hobbs by promising to put the Team Taz member to sleep as revenge for their attack on him on the September 15th episode of Dynamite.
