SPOILER On Huge Inter-Promotional WWE Royal Rumble Surprise

A huge surprise is planned for the WWE Royal Rumble.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, TNA Knockouts World Champion Jordynne Grace will be competing in the women's Royal Rumble match as a surprise entrant. WWE and TNA reportedly reached an agreement for Grace to appear in the Rumble.

Grace will be billed as the TNA Knockouts World Champion for her appearance and 'Thick Momma Pump' will make her way to the ring using her TNA entrance music and video graphics. 

Grace's appearance does not mean that she will be jumping ship to WWE. The TNA Knockouts World Champion is signed to a long-term deal with the promotion. WWE are simply "creating an outside the box moment to surprise the audience", PWInsider noted. 

Grace has been a part of TNA/IMPACT since 2018. She briefly left the promotion in 2023 but ended up re-signing with the then-IMPACT. Altogether, Grace is a three-time Knockouts World Champion. Her third reign began at Hard To Kill 2024 with a win over Trinity, a talent believed to be returning to WWE.

WWE and TNA previously worked together in 2022 for Mickie James to compete in the women's Royal Rumble as Knockouts World Champion.
