SPOILER: Title Change At AEW Rampage Grand Slam

New champions will be crowned on AEW Rampage Grand Slam

The special Grand Slam edition of AEW Rampage that will air on Friday, September 22 will feature a title change. 

In the second match taped for Rampage following a live episode of Dynamite, Brian Cage, Bishop Kaun, and Toa Liona of Mogul Embassy defended the ROH World Six Man Tag Team Championships against Hangman Page and The Young Bucks. 

The match ended with a title change as The Hung Bucks defeated The Gates of Agony and Brian Cage. The match featured an appearance from Swerve Strickland as he looked to play mind games with Page ahead of their singles match at AEW WrestleDream on October 1. Prince Nana was also very over in New York City as the fans inside Arthur Ashe Stadium went wild for his dance. 

The win for the Hung Bucks will end Mogul Embassy's reign as ROH World Six Man Tag Team Champions at 286 days. They had been champions since defeating Dalton Castle and The Boys at Final Battle 2022 in December. 

The Hung Bucks, meanwhile, are now two-time ROH World Six Man Tag Team Champions. They previously held the gold during the Sinclair era of Ring of Honor for 201 days between August 2017 and March 2018.
