When will Carlito resurface on WWE TV?
Carlito will be back on WWE TV very soon.
According to PWInsider Elite, Carlito's return to WWE is targeted for the July 7 edition of Friday Night SmackDown that will air from the world-famous Madison Square Garden in New York City. Carlito will be a SmackDown talent moving forward.
Carlito returning to WWE looked to be nailed on after it emerged the former Intercontinental Champion was pulling out of independent wrestling bookings and was telling the promoters that he had signed with WWE.
Carlito returned to WWE earlier this year at Backlash as part of a one-night deal. The former United States Champion made the save for Bad Bunny during his Street Fight with Damian Priest and Carlito ended up working with Rey Mysterio, the LWO, and Savio Vega, to force Finn Balor and Dominik Mysterio of Judgment Day to the back.
Carlito received a huge reaction for his return, which instantly fuelled speculation about if WWE would bring him back full-time. Outside of a two-night return in 2010, Carlito hasn't been a full-time talent in WWE since 2010.
