[SPOILERS] NXT Superstars In Action On August 12 WWE Main Event
A first showing on the main roster for three NXT stars
WWE recorded this week's Main Event show ahead of Monday Night Raw in Orlando, Florida, with a number of names from WWE NXT competing on the taping.
Spoilers for the August 12 episode of Main Event follow:
Four NXT superstars will be in action on this week's Main Event as Dakota Kai, Aliyah, Odyssey Jones and Austin Theory competed in front of the live crowd ahead of the August 9 episode of Raw.
According to Jacob Cohen on Twitter, Dakota Kai defeated Aliyah in the first match before Jones beat Theory in Main Event's main event.
In appearing on WWE Main Event, this will be the singles debut on the main roster for three out of four of the involved NXT talent. Of course, Austin Theory has been on the main roster in the past and was involved in the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship match at WrestleMania 36.
Dakota Kai is building up towards her NXT Women's Championship match against champion, and former friend, Raquel Gonzalez at NXT TakeOver 36. Odyssey Jones is also currently competing in the 2021 NXT Breakout Tournament.
