Stadium Stampede Mode Officially Announced For AEW: Fight Forever

Stadium Stampede is coming soon to AEW: Fight Forever

A mode that might have players coming back to AEW: Fight Forever again and again was officially announced today.

AEW Games revealed that Stadium Stampede is coming soon to AEW: Fight Forever and the mode will take inspiration from battle royale titles like Fortnite and Apex Legends that have become popular in recent years.

Players will seemingly have the ability to cause mayhem in Stadium Stampede. The mode will see 30 players compete to be the last one standing inside Jacksonville Jaguars' TIAA Bank Field, during which they can drive a golf cart, ride a horse, drop casino chips, shoot rocket launchers, and much more.

Kenny Omega recently confirmed Stadium Stampede was on the way, noting he was "very excited" for the mode's launch.

The mode is named after the two Stadium Stampede matches that took place at TIAA Bank Field in 2020 and 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic.

AEW: Fight Forever was finally released on Thursday, June 29 for PlayStation and Xbox consoles, as well as Nintendo Switch and PC. Check out Cultaholic Wrestling's review of the game here.
