Sting Match & Adam Copeland Promo Set For AEW Collision

Sting & Darby Allin will team up, and Adam Copeland will speak on Collision

The date is fast approaching for Sting’s retirement match, which will be taking place on March 3, 2024 at the AEW Revolution PPV, putting an end to a legendary near four decade career. In the lead up, Sting has been wrestling now and again in certain towns for the last time.

AEW have announced that later today on Collision, Sting will have his last match in Charlotte, North Carolina. Sting & Darby Allin will team up to take on JD Drake & Anthony Henry of the Workhorsemen in tag team action. This will serve as a warm up to their upcoming tag team match on next week’s AEW Dynamite against the Don Callis Family duo of Powerhouse Hobbs and Konosuke Takeshita. The two sides fought in eight-man action at Worlds End.

Sting debuted in AEW back in 2021 at the Revolution PPV event, and throughout the next two years he has teamed up with Darby Allin on several occasions, currently going undefeated in his AEW run thus far. A promo by Adam Copeland has also been announced for the show, and he will likely respond to his loss at Worlds End to Christian Cage, who stole back the TNT Championship.
