Tag Team Title Match Set For IMPACT Bound For Glory 2022

Tag gold on the line at Bound For Glory 2022

We are several weeks away from IMPACT Bound For Glory, and it has been confirmed that the IMPACT World Tag Team Championships will be on the line at the pay per view event.

Champions The OGK (Matt Taven and Mike Bennett) will defend the gold against former two-time champions The Motor City Machine Guns.

The Guns earned a title shot on the September 22 episode of IMPACT Wrestling, defeating NJPW’s Aussie Open for a shot at the titles. The team of Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin are one of the most celebrated in TNA/IMPACT history, and previously held the titles on two occasions - in 2010 and 2020 - with a combined reign of 279 days.

IMPACT Bound For Glory 2022 is set for Albany’s New York’s Armory, Friday October 7 2022.

Announced card for IMPACT Bound For Glory 2022:

  • Josh Alexander (c) vs. Eddie Edwards - Impact World Championship
  • Jordynne Grace (c) vs. Masha Slamovich - Knockouts Championship
  • The OGK (c) vs. Motor City Machine Guns - IMPACT World Tag Team Championships
