Tamina Cleared To Return To In-Ring Action

The Superstar was sidelined after suffering a concussion several months ago.

Tamina has been cleared to return to the ring, according to Fightful.

The Raw Superstar suffered a concussion several months ago at a WWE live event in Augusta, Maine. She was tagging with Sarah Logan against the team of Naomi and Dana Brooke.

Prior to the concussion, Tamina was largely wrestling at live events and WWE Main Event tapings, but hadn't featured on Raw or SmackDown since April. Nia Jax - her regular tag partner - has taken time away from the ring to undergo double knee surgery, likely a key factor in Tamina's lack of TV time prior to her injury.

Tamina's last high profile match was the fatal four-way tag match at WrestleMania 35, in which she and Nia faced Sasha Banks and Bayley, Beth Phoenix and Natalya, and eventual winners The IIconics.

Jax is reportedly unlikely to return until 2020, but there's no word on whether or not Tamina will be brought back in a singles capacity before then.
