Ted DiBiase Sr Makes Statement After Son's Arrest

The arrest of Ted DiBiase Jr has been a big news story over the last couple days, with the former WWE superstars being charged with misappropriation of government funds, with six counts of wire fraud, conspiracy, money laundering, and more. 

His father, WWE Hall of Famer the “Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase has made his first statement since his son’s arrest, though the statement has now been deleted. This came on the back of a now-deleted tweet in which he shared some classic moments from his career, which had been a pre-scheduled post. His statement read;

“Since my time is limited due to travel requirements the posts are approved by me ahead of time and scheduled for a later date. Our family is currently navigating a difficult season and while we cannot speak to these events publicly, we appreciate your prayers during this time. Please know that I truly appreciate the love and support from the fans! You have been a part of our family for more than 40 years, and for that I could never thank you enough.”

It remains to be seen what becomes of DiBiase Jr amidst this huge and public scandal. During his time in WWE, DiBiase was a former tag team champion alongside Cody Rhodes in the Legacy faction.
