A Crockett Cup win for The Briscoes
The Briscoes added to their long list of tag team accomplishments on Sunday.
Dem Boys participated in the National Wrestling Alliance's Crockett Cup tournament over the weekend and after two days of tag team action, The Briscoes won the famous cup.
Jay and Mark Briscoe defeated The NOW, The Dirty Sex Boys and The Cardonas of Mike Knox and VSK to reach the final.
The Briscoes then overcame The Commonwealth Connection of Doug Williams and Harry Smith to win the tournament after Jay connected with a Jay Driller and Mark followed up with the Froggy Bow.
The Crockett Cup tournament was initially held between 1986 and 1988 before it was revived by Billy Corgan in 2019. Brody King and PCO of Villain Enterprises won that tournament.
Following their NWA Crockett Cup win, The Briscoes have a busy WrestleMania weekend coming up and they will defend the ROH World Tag Team Championship against FTR on Friday, April 1 at Supercard Of Honor before they face The Good Brothers at IMPACT Multiverse Of Matches later that evening.
