The Rock: A Future WWE Match 'Would Have To Make Sense'
The Rock is open to the idea
Nov 9, 2021
The Rock says he is open to the idea of doing one more match in WWE, but any bout 'would have to make sense' from a storyline perspective.
The Great One last officially competed at WrestleMania 32 when he defeated Erick Rowan in what was the quickest match in WrestleMania history, but his most recent actual match was in the main event of WrestleMania 29 against John Cena.
Rumours persist about a potential mega-clash with cousin Roman Reigns at a future WrestleMania but The Rock has already insisted that such a match isn't in the works 'right now'.
The Rock doesn't think he has another big Championship run in him either but the Brahma Bull is open to having another match in WWE.
Speaking to Comicbook.com, he said: "I don’t know if I have another title run, considering I’m the People’s Champion, but I don’t know if it’s another title run. I think possibly, you know, there might be another match down the road. It would have to make sense."
