The Rock: I Am The Head Of The Table

The Rock says he is the Head of the Table

Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson has continued to tease a potential match with current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns as he makes the media rounds to promote his latest film (Black Adam).

The Great One was asked by E! News' The Rundown who the Head of the Table is and responded by saying: "Who is head of the table? Without saying any names, you're looking into his eyes right now".

Johnson did, however, downplay any idea that the match has been pencilled in yet, saying: "I am not confirming that at all. No, I am not. I know I'm going to get a text from him [Roman] after he watches this".

While a match between The Tribal Chief and People's Champion is not confirmed, Johnson did say: "I love the idea of a WrestleMania. I'm close to a lot of people there, but I'm very close to one in particular, who we've talked about this. There are so many variables that come into play. I'm a fan because I'm a promoter at heart. I'm a fan of promoting an event and what that could be. I love WrestleMania, and I love that word".

It is no secret that WWE would like to book Rock vs. Reigns as the main event of WrestleMania 39 (especially considering the event will take place in Los Angeles). However, it all depends on Johnson's schedule and, ultimately, desire to do it.

The Rock's last proper match was his WWE Title loss to John Cena in the main event of WrestleMania 29.
