The Young Bucks' Final Independent Appearance Date Revealed?

Just before going full-time with AEW?

AEW Double Or Nothing saw The Young Bucks retain the AAA World Tag Team Championships in a match against The Lucha Brothers.

Since then, Matt and Nick haven't had a match, as their time on the independent scene comes to a close. In fact, the former IWGP World Tag Team Champions have only had three matches so far in 2019 INCLUDING their exploits at Double Or Nothing, which tells you everything you need to know about their exclusivity to AEW.

Well, it looks like one of, if not the final indy appearance for The Bucks has been announced, with Matt saying the following about House Of Glory's High Intensity 8 on August 9: "Quite possibly our final wrestling appearance at an independent wrestling show ever. Can’t wait!"

This is an interesting one as the as yet unannounced match takes place after two more AEW shows - Fyter Fest takes place on June 29 in Daytona Beach, while Fight For The Fallen - the event where a portion of the proceeds will go to anti-gun crime charities - takes place on July 13.
