The Young Bucks Make AEW Collision Debuts Following CM Punk's Firing

Young Bucks made their first appearance on AEW Collision

With the firing of CM Punk, last night’s Collision certainly had a different feel to it. Whilst in previous weeks there has been a defined soft brand split, new names were popping up on the Saturday night show including the likes of Jon Moxley and Bryan Danielson. Perhaps the most notable AEW Collision debut came in the form of the Young Bucks.

Despite helping to create AEW, the Young Bucks had been absent from the first 3 months of AEW Collision, much like the other members of The Elite. Initially, this soft brand split seemed to be in place to keep a level-headed backstage environment between those who did and didn’t have issues with CM Punk.

However, as CM Punk is no longer officially with AEW, it looks as though the door has opened to more names coming in and out of the Collision door. Due to the All Out PPV being in Chicago anyway, Matt & Nick Jackson were already in town, so whether the Punk firing changed things in regards to their presence at Collision isn’t known.
