The Young Bucks Set To Complete Heel Turn Following AEW Full Gear

The Young Bucks are going heel in AEW

The Young Bucks had a rough weekend in All Elite Wrestling and now the tag team looks set to take some time off.

Matt and Nick Jackson lost their number one contendership for the AEW World Tag Team Championships at Saturday's Full Gear pay-per-view as they sustained a loss to The Golden Jets of Kenny Omega and Chris Jericho. The Bucks lost the match following a One Winged Angel from Kenny Omega to Matt Jackson and the losers didn't react well to their defeat, having a freak out at ringside and refusing to shake Kenny Omega's hand.

Brandon Cuttler has since announced The Bucks will be off AEW TV, writing: "I am being told that the Young Bucks will be taking some time away from wrestling. People close to Matt and Nick's camp are asking for privacy during this time."

That isn't all, though. According to Fightful Select, The Young Bucks are "poised" for a heel turn and they will be joined in that turn by Brandon Cutler and at least one other personality. Cutler will be doing much of the speaking for The Young Bucks moving forward, which began with the aforementioned tweet following Full Gear.

The heel turn is one of the reasons for changes to Being The Elite.

There are also said to be no issues between All Elite Wrestling and The Young Bucks. Their titles as 'EVPs' was recently removed from the AEW roster page by mistake, an error that was quickly rectified.
