The Young Bucks Want To Win AAA Tag Team Titles Before TripleMania
The Bucks are scheduled for AAA TripleMania XXX on April 30
It is almost time for one of the most spectacular events on the pro-wrestling calendar, as AAA’s premier show TripleMania XXX takes place on April 30.
As has been the norm in recent years, several AEW stars are slated to appear on the show, including AEW EVPs The Young Bucks. However, in one of their now customary Twitter bio changes, The Bucks want to come into TripleMania with the AAA Tag Titles:
“Yes, we’re coming to Mexico on 4/30. Also yes, we plan on bringing the AAA Tag Team Titles with us. And last yes, we’re aware of who currently has them.”
The titles are currently in the possession of AEW’s FTR, who defeated The Lucha Brothers in October 2021 in order to lift the gold. As seen recently on AEW TV, FTR and The Bucks have started to reignite their long standing war of words, with the two teams having last clashed at Full Gear 2020.
The Young Bucks previously reigned as AAA Tag team Champions in 2019.
