Title Change Takes Place On AEW Rampage: Grand Slam

New ROH Six-Man Tag Champions On Rampage!

AEW’s “Grand Slam” week continued on last night’s episode of AEW Rampage, and with it came a higher profile card than many are used to seeing on the Friday night show. There were title matches on the card, and one of them saw the Mogul Embassy members of Brian Cage, Bishop Kaun, and Toa Liona defend their ROH Six-Man Titles against “Hangman” Adam Page and The Young Bucks of The Elite.

The former ROH alumni may not have played a role as of yet in the newly restarted ROH brand, but they are now champions, as the “Hung Bucks” picked up the victory and the titles over the Mogul Embassy. This marks the second time this trio can call themselves the ROH Six-Man Champions, previously winning the belts back in 2017 against Dalton Castle and The Boys.

This victory is significant for more than one reason, as it gives Adam Page a bragging right over his upcoming opponent at the WrestleDream PPV and leader of the Mogul Embassy, Swerve Strickland.
