Title Matches Set For ROH Death Before Dishonor

The ROH Death Before Dishonor card starts to take shape

Two title matches have been set for Ring Of Honor's Death Before Dishonor pay-per-view on Saturday, July 23.

Set for the show is an ROH World Television Title match between champion Samoa Joe and Jay Lethal. The two competitors have been feuding since Joe returned to Ring Of Honor at Supercard Of Honor in April. Lethal, Sonjay Dutt and Satnam Singh then took out Joe following Double Or Nothing, writing him off TV in the process.

Daniel Garcia will also challenge Wheeler Yuta for the ROH Pure Championship at Death Before Dishonor. They have had their issues in recent weeks as part of the Jericho Appreciation Society vs. Blackpool Combat Club feud.

FTR also challenged The Briscoes to an ROH World Tag Team Title match. The two teams previously had a match of the year candidate at Supercard Of Honor and FTR defeated Jay and Mark Briscoe to win the ROH World Tag Team Championships.

Death Before Dishonor will be the second ROH pay-per-view since Tony Khan purchased the company from Sinclair Broadcast Group.
