Titles Unified On NWA Powerrr

NWA Powerrr sees titles unified by Max The Impaler

History was made in the National Wrestling Alliance on Tuesday night.

Max The Impaler had been the NWA World Women's Television Champion since August 2023 and they added another title to their collection on February 13, defeating Mims to capture the NWA World Television Championship. The Non-Binary Nightmare unified the two championships with their win.

Max The Impaler has been a part of the National Wrestling Alliance since 2022 and they are managed by Father James Mitchell. Mitchell's involvement in a controversial segment at NWA Samhain, during which he snorted a white substance, reportedly led to The CW's decision to only broadcast NWA Powerrr on the CW app as opposed to their TV channel. Billy Corgan has claimed Powerrr was moved to The CW app due to the network's deal with WWE NXT that will begin in October 2024, however.

In addition to the NWA, Max The Impaler is a regular for Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling and on the independent wrestling scene.

NWA revived the World Television Championship in 2020. Past champions include Ricky Starks, Da Pope (FKA Elijah Burke), Thom Latimer, and Tyrus.
