TLC Match Set For WWE Tag Team Titles

The WWE Tag Team Championships missed out on the WrestleMania 41 card, with The Street Profits defending their newly won gold against the Motor City Machine Guns on the go-home episode of Friday Night SmackDown. Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins successfully defended their gold, but it was via disqualification due to interference from Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano. 

In a backstage segment in which all the teams were jawing at each other, SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis got in the middle of the warring teams and announced a massive match for the post-WrestleMania episode of Friday Night SmackDown next week when WWE heads to Fort Worth, Texas at the Dickies Arena - The Street Profits vs. DIY vs. Motor City Machine Guns for the WWE Tag Team Championships… in a Tables, Ladders & Chairs match, which will mark the first official matchup of this type under the Triple H era of WWE. 

Next week’s event will also feature the reveal of the mystery vignettes which have been airing over the last month, believed to be the return of Aleister Black, who has reportedly re-signed with WWE after parting ways with AEW this year.
