TNA Signs Shayna Baszler

Following her debut at TNA Bound for Glory, Shayna Baszler has officially signed with TNA Wrestling.

Baszler's signing was announced in an interview with Denise Salcedo of Instinct Culture, with Baszler revealing that she joined the promotion knowing plans were in place for her and Zoey Serrano to win the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championships.

"I signed with TNA knowing we were gonna win those titles and that I'd have to be around to put those on the line and beat up anyone that tries to come near them. For the time being that’s what’s gonna happen. You should be seeing lots of broken limbs. We want to defend against everyone all over the place. We will carry these into wherever and invite anyone that wants to come in as well," Baszler stated.

Baszler and Zoey Serrano as The Apex defeated Allie and Kiera Hogan to win the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Titles. Baszler and Serrano then worked the post-Bound for Glory Thursday Night IMPACT tapings and they remain undefeated in TNA so far.

Baszler is the latest name to sign with TNA since Bound for Glory following on from Shotzi Blackheart and Amazing Red, while Santino Marella has signed a one-year contract extension with the company.

Shayna Baszler was previously a part of WWE from 2017 until her release in April 2025. Baszler remained associated with WWE as a guest coach after her release and she appeared sporadically on WWE NXT in that role. Baszler has also wrestled on the indies for the likes of RevPro and House of Glory since her WWE exit.
