TNA Wrestler Backstage At AEW Collision This Week

Which TNA wrestler was backstage at AEW Collision this week?

AEW held their tapings for this week’s Collision on Thursday June 20 at the PPL Center in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and there was an interesting name present backstage at the show in the form of a current TNA star.

As reported by Fightful Select, “Speedball” Mike Bailey was in attendance at AEW Collision. When it comes to the reason as to why the current TNA wrestler was in and around the backstage area, it was revealed that Bailey was simply just visiting several fans, and that he was welcomed due to the “many connections” he has there. Despite the new WWE and TNA working relationship, it doesn’t seem as though this will get in the way of TNA wrestlers simply visiting friends in AEW.

Fightful noted that there were no real talks beyond Bailey’s amicable visit, and that his TNA deal extends to the end of the year. Despite interest from several companies in Bailey, nothing looks to be happening on the AEW front. WWE were reportedly interested in bringing Bailey into the company in the past, and with the crossovers between TNA and WWE in recent months, there is every chance that he could show up on-screen at some point.
