Tommaso Ciampa Turns Heel On WWE SmackDown
A heel turn seemed to take place on SmackDown

It looks as though a tag team on SmackDown is set to implode for a third time, and it seems like a heel turn has come with it. For several weeks, tensions have been rising between former WWE Tag Team Champions Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa of DIY, with Ciampa becoming more frustrated with Gargano’s attitude and lack of killer instinct when it comes to targeting the tag titles. Things finally reached their boiling point on last night’s November 15 episode of Friday Night SmackDown.
Recently signed WWE tag team, Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley of The Motor City Machine Guns, put their newly won WWE Tag Team Championships on the line against Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins of The Street Profits on the show, only for the match to be interrupted by a rampaging Ciampa, who ran into the ring to issue a brutal attack on The Street Profits, signalling a heel turn. MCMG then faced off with Ciampa before Gargano ran down to the ring to stand between the two parties.
Ciampa turned his attention to Gargano, shoving his tag team partner to the ground before walking away, muttering to himself.
