Tomohiro Ishii Vs. Brody King To Headline NJPW Strong

Two meaty men will slap meat in the main event of the Saturday, December 11 edition of NJPW Strong as NEVER Openweight Champion Tomohiro Ishii will go one-on-one with Brody King. This will be the first time King and Ishii have faced each other. 

The self-proclaimed 'real' IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Will Ospreay will also be in action on Strong. The Commonwealth Kingpin will team with United Empire faction-mates Jeff Cobb and TJP against LA Dojo representatives Karl Fredericks, Clark Connors and Ren Narita. 

Former ROH Pure Champion Jonathan Gresham will face Gabriel Kidd in the opening contest. 

Current episodes of Strong have been billed as 'Detonation' shows and they were taped on November 15 in Riverside, California. Saturday's show will air on NJPW World. 

NJPW Strong will hold their next set of tapings later this week on Thursday, December 9 at the Vermont Hollywood in Los Angeles, California.
