Although All Elite Wrestling have struggled with live event ticket sales, particularly since the Summer of 2023, the promotion's TV ratings for Dynamite, Collision, and Rampage have remained consistent in the face of people cancelling their cable TV subscriptions in the United States.

Speaking with GV Wire, Tony Khan expressed how happy he is with AEW TV ratings.

"I think our ratings are tremendous. We've beaten the NBA on Wednesday nights three out of the last four weeks. That's pretty good for a league that's been around for less than five years. The NBA is a very established league and ESPN is a very established network, so to premiere AEW, a league that's been around for less than five years, and beat the NBA straight up several weeks in a row is pretty powerful," Khan stated.

Khan was also happy enough with AEW Collision, noting he believes the show has developed a strong core audience of fans on TNT for the Saturday night show. Executives at Warner Bros. Discovery are also happy with the viewership AEW programming has been drawing.

AEW are currently in a contract year as their media rights deal with WBD expires at the end of 2024. The expectation is that AEW will sign a new deal with Warner Bros. Discovery at some point.
