Tony Khan Says He "Can't Speak On Unsourced Rumours" When Asked About Chris Jericho

Tony Khan was asked about the Chris Jericho allegations which surfaced over the weekend

The last 24 hours have seen a lot of talk online when it comes to Chris Jericho and alleged rumours which have emerged regarding misconduct, stemming from comments made by Nick Hausman, where he claimed Jericho had "skeletons in his closet." This came following a spat online between the pair regarding NDAs, with Hausman implying Jericho had made others sign NDAs in the past. Talk then spread online of an alleged incident between Chris Jericho and former AEW talent Kylie Rae. There were notable boos towards Jericho during last night’s AEW Worlds End PPV.

At the Worlds End post-show media scrum, Tony Khan was directly asked about the situation and whether there had been any sort of investigation when it came to Jericho.

Khan revealed that he could not respond or talk on what he described as ‘unsourced internet rumours’, before going on to reiterate that AEW is the “safest company in the world, and we have the best track record in safety...any time anyone has any kind of complaint, we have an open door, they can say it to me or anyone in the office and we would look into it.”

When asked more broadly about sexual misconduct in the workplace, Khan said there are policies in place and AEW would do everything they could to prevent anything like that happening.
