Reports have surfaced over the last few months of a potential new PPV being added to the AEW schedule in 2026, with it being revealed that the promotion had filed for two new trademarks; “AEW Redemption” and “Royal Redemption”. It has been suggested that this new PPV will be scheduled to take place between June’s Forbidden Door PPV and August’s All In: London. Tony Khan has now spoken on this potential new show.

During the Double Or Nothing 2026 media call, Tony Khan noted that a new July PPV would be “something that could be very lucrative and very additive."

"I take a lot of pride in the quality of the AEW PPV shows and think we bat a very high average. We deliver great PPV events and I would only explore adding additional AEW PPV events to the calendar if I feel they are going to be additive. I think there are opportunities."

There is no official confirmation on when or where the AEW Redemption PPV will take place as we edge closer to July and the reported planned time period for this event.
