Top Star Declares For WWE Royal Rumble

A top WWE star declares for the Royal Rumble

Another one of WWE's top stars has declared for the 2024 men's Royal Rumble.

Drew McIntyre opened Monday Night Raw on January 8 and declared for the Rumble during a promo battle with CM Punk. The two wrestlers had a heated exchange and Punk promised to throw McIntyre over the top rope on his way to winning the Rumble and main eventing WrestleMania 40.

Punk has already declared for the men's Royal Rumble, as have Cody Rhodes, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Bobby Lashley.

For the women's Royal Rumble, Bayley, Nia Jax, Becky Lynch, and Bianca Belair have all declared for the match.

A number of surprises are also expected to take place at the Royal Rumble and some potential spoilers have leaked for the January 27 pay-per-view. The show will emanate from Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Also official for the Royal Rumble is a Four-Way between Roman Reigns, LA Knight, AJ Styles, and Randy Orton for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. WWE scrapped their original plans for the title match.
