Tournament Set To Determine Logan Paul's First US Title Challenger
Eight men will battle in a tournament to challenge Logan Paul
Logan Paul is finally back on WWE TV following his victory over Rey Mysterio at Crown Jewel 2023, where he became the brand new WWE United States Champion.
Paul made this announcement himself in the middle of the ring on last night’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown, celebrating his victory. He would go on to reveal the men who will be competing in this eight man single elimination tournament to determine the new number one contender for the US Title and his very first challenger - and it is certainly a star-studded field. Names such as Santos Escobar, Dragon Lee, Grayson Waller, and Karrion Kross will join former United States Champions in Kevin Owens, Bobby Lashley, and Austin Theory, in addition to one mystery name from NXT.
Paul was confronted by Owens, who looks to be a frontrunner in the tournament. The segment saw Grayson Waller emerge to both insult Owens and praise Paul, which left him on the receiving end of a punch from Owens.
