'Rated FTR' is now owned by Adam Copeland and FTR

Could a new trio be on the way to AEW TV?

Adam Copeland (through Wet Yeti Inc.), Cash Wheeler, and Dax Harwood have all filed to trademark 'Rated FTR' on Wednesday, October 18. The term was trademarked to be used for merchandise and in professional wrestling.

The full filing is as follows:

"IC 025. US 039 022. G & S: Hats; Shirts; Bandanas; Shirts and short-sleeved shirts; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts

"IC 041. US 107 100 101. G & S: Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, televised appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Providing online interviews featuring professional wrestlers and sports entertainers in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes"

Adam Copeland and FTR have already aligned on AEW TV, taking out security together on the October 14 edition of AEW Collision. Copeland is known to be good friends with Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler. The then-Revival helped Edge get into in-ring shape ahead of his return at Royal Rumble 2020. Copeland then mentioned FTR on WWE TV in 2021 after Seth Rollins invaded his home.

Edge and Beth Phoenix even used the Shatter Machine earlier this year at Elimination Chamber to defeat Finn Balor and Rhea Ripley.
